Take advantage of your visit to Argentina to explore other parts of our beautiful country! Whether you spend an extra day or two in Buenos Aires or wish to travel to other cities in the North or South, there is much to see and do to make your trip memorable.
Areas to highlight include the city of Mendoza which is known for having the largest wine-producing vineyards in the country, Entre Rios, which is home to the Parana River has excellent fishing and boating activities, and Bariloche for its beautiful scenery with its mountainous backdrop.
Buenos Aires
Located about two hours from San Ramon, Buenos Aires is the capital, and most populous city in Argentina. It is a city filled with history and culture. We enjoy taking our guests around to see the Casa Rosada, the presidential palace, the Teatro Colon, a grand 1908 opera house, and the MALBA museum which displays Latin American art, among many other attractions.
This is where most international flights will fly into when you visit and we provide transportation to and from the airport to San Ramon.
Activities
If your visit takes place during late October to December, taking in a match during the Argentine Open at Palermo should be on your list. There are horse races at the Hipodromo Argentino de Palermo on a weekly basis and soccer matches at the club and national team level. Other activities include seeing a tango show and tours of San Telmo.
We are able to assist with coordinating activities in Buenos Aires so please let us know what you may be interested in doing while you are visiting.
Shopping & More
Imagine meeting the craftsmen that create your mallets, boots, and saddles - this is possible when you come to stay at San Ramon! We love connecting our guests with these family-owned businesses that have been specializing in polo equipment for decades.
There is also plenty of shopping in Buenos Aires - the famed Arandu for all your equestrian needs - as well as boutiques in Roque Perez and Lobos.
