Daily Schedule at the Ranch
Each day of your visit begins with a typical Argentine breakfast in the open-air countryside, followed by morning polo lessons which consist of stick and ball, riding, or whatever skills you wish to improve upon.
Following morning lessons, guests are served lunch which is either an outdoor picnic or at a restaurant in town.
Afternoon siestas take place at your private villa where you can rest and relax or take a swim.
Chukkers are then played in the evening either at San Ramon or nearby clubs.
Each day ends with an Argentine-style asado either served with family at San Ramon or out at a local restaurant.

You will never go hungry during your visit! We pride ourselves in offering authentic Argentine cuisine either at San Ramon or at some of our favorite local restaurants. Breakfasts consist of traditional Argentine pastries with coffee or mate. Lunch options vary with charcuterie, empanadas, sandwiches and salads. Dinner is often a traditional Argentine Asado, complete with wine and dessert. Mealtimes are shared together, so you will truly feel like part of our family!
